Pear Waldorf Pitas 

Ingredients: – 2 pears, diced – 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved – 1/2 cup chopped celery – 1/2 cup chopped walnut

– 1/4 cup dried cranberrie – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt – 1 tablespoon honey – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – Salt and pepper to taste – Pitas, halved

Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine diced pears, halved grapes, chopped celery, walnuts, and dried cranberries.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Warm the pitas in the oven or toaster until slightly crisp.

Stuff each pita half with the Pear Waldorf salad mixture.
