Decadent Peanut Butter Pie 

Ingredients: For the crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumb – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the filling: – 1 cup creamy peanut butter – 8 oz cream cheese, softened – 1 cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions: 1. Prepare the crust:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

– Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. – Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Prepare the filling: – In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Whip the cream: – In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Combine: – Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined and smooth.

Assemble: – Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust, spreading it out evenly.

Chill: – Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
