7-Layer Gelatin Salad 

Ingredients: – 1 package (6 ounces) lime gelatin – 1 package (6 ounces) lemon gelatin – 1 package (6 ounces) orange gelatin – 1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin – 1 package (6 ounces) raspberry gelatin

– 1 package (6 ounces) grape gelatin – 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk – 7 cups boiling water, divided – 7 cups cold water, divided

– 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained – 1 cup chopped pecans or walnut – 1 cup grated carrot – 1 cup sliced strawberrie – 1 cup whole grape

Instructions: 1. In separate bowls, dissolve each flavor of gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. 2. Add 1 cup of cold water to each bowl of dissolved gelatin. Stir well.

1. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate shallow dishes or pans (such as 9x13-inch pans) and refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours. 2. Once the gelatin layers are set, cut them into cubes or shapes.

1. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until well combined. 2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the sweetened condensed milk mixture and stir.

1. In a large glass trifle dish or serving bowl, layer the gelatin cubes in the following order: lime, lemon, orange, strawberry, raspberry, grape. 2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the gelatin layers.

Sprinkle the crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, grated carrots, sliced strawberries, and grapes over the top of the salad.

1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely set. 2. Serve chilled and enjoy your colorful and delicious 7-Layer Gelatin Salad!
